7. Create a category promotional strategy and toolkit to deploy

We analysed over 100 promotions via our evaluation tool in order to create a promotional strategy that gives higher value products a more visible place within the promotional mix.

  1. Analysis of over 100 promotions undertaken via Catcom’s Promotional Evaluation Tool – all outputs workshopped with client.
  2. Outputs ranked by segment, brand, sub-brand, mechanic etc to create a hierarchy of promotional effectiveness.
  3. Promotional strategy developed and presentation generated to sell strategy to the trade
  4. Client’s share of off-shelf space increased from index of 85 to 110
  5. Presented outputs to client’s annual European conference
