5. Engage trade customers through shopper research

We analyse the output from a new shopper study and created trade engagement workshops to upweight customer engagement levels.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Complete market assessment for core categories to determine the most appropriate messaging and focus for trade engagement materials
  2. Delivery of trade focused key insights presentations summarising the output of the shopper study and covering strategic themes and opportunity identification
  3. Development of specific customer facing presentation, including merchandising blueprints
  4. Conducted trade workshops with key customers.
